ACQ Résidentiel Board of Directors

The Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ) has been active in the residential sector since its founding in 1980, offering warranty products and services. To meet the growing needs of the residential construction market in Quebec and to ensure maximum protection for consumers, the ACQ created its official residential sector subsidiary, ACQ Résidentiel, in 1994.

ACQ Residential is an independent for-profit entity administered by a separate board of directors. Its independence is intended to ensure sound management of warranty plans in order to maintain the highest level of confidence among the public, entrepreneurs, and government authorities.
