Our aim is to defend the interests of contractors in the Québec construction industry. The mission of ACQ – Quebec City is to support the development of its member companies. Through a range of appropriate products and services, contractors can boost their productivity and simplify their administration.
Message from the Managing Director
To deal with change, we must build on enduring realities. I take great pride in managing ACQ – Quebec City, an association that has earned acclaim and marked its 110th anniversary in 2017. The expertise i have gained over the years leads me to view attentiveness to members as the top priority.
I never forget that my primary mission is to serve members and enhance services. The measures taken and the decisions made are intended to position ACQ – Quebec City in the realm of the industry’s major decision-makers. A 2018-2021 strategic plan has been developed with a focus on five priorities that will form the basis for ACQ – Quebec City’s future choices in the next three years. Our Association provides effective and fair communications on industry news in Quebec City through our weekly newsletter “Le Projet.”
With help from the directors, members of the various committees and ACQ – Quebec City staff, I lead the Association in its dealing with decision-making bodies in the construction industry. Our participation in various co-ordinating groups and seminars enables us to develop innovative projects for balanced development in every industry sector, for the benefit of ACQ – Quebec City members.
