The annual cost of the security, variable based on certain risk factors, can be around 1.5% of the bond amount, depending on the evaluation of your application by ACQ Résidentiel and GCR’s security guidelines.

Required bond amount: 125,000$
With security
Annual rate on the bond amount according to risk evaluation : 2,5 %
Annual amount payable to ACQ Résidentiel to obtain the GCR bond : $3,125 per year
If ACQ member : 0.5% discount applies, therefore, $2,500 per year
Funds tied up : 0 $
