GCR Surety bondAs an ACQ member, benefit from advice and guidance in obtaining your Garantie de construction résidentielle (GCR)* surety bond, with an annual rate as low as 1.5%** of the value of the bond required by the regulatory plan. *Some conditions apply. The GCR surety bond available from ACQ Résidentiel is distinct from the accreditation provided by the GCR. It is a separate surety product enabling you to comply with the financial guarantees that you are required to provide to the GCR. **Preferential rate for ACQ members only. May vary depending on the evaluation of your file.
